Active Life Dentistry no longer accepting TriCare
Active Life Dentistry can no longer accept TriCare due to mandated predeterminations that hinder receiving needed treatment promptly, as well as, unsustainable reimbursement rates below the costs of doing business and delays in receiving payments for services rendered. This decision has not been made lightly. Our primary concern is the health and well-being of our patients, and TriCare’s current business practices are incompatible with the standard of care we maintain.
If this change affects you, we are providing the following options and resources:
1. **Alternative Insurance Plans:** We recommend checking with TriCare for other providers in the area who accept your current insurance plan.
2. **Continuity of Care:** If you wish to continue receiving care at our practice, we suggest exploring other insurance plans that we accept or considering our self-pay options. Our office staff is available to assist you in reviewing these options.
3. **Medical Records:** You have the right to obtain a copy of your medical records or have them transferred to another provider. Please contact our office to facilitate this process.
